This book is on the moral foundations of law ranging from Ronald Dworkin's theory of law as integrity, to Immanuel Kant's and John Rawls' respective theories of global justice, to the concept of rights (both individual and collective), to the dire circumstances of civil war, illicit drugs, and humanitarian intervention in Colombia and some of the problems that these circumstances imply for international law.
