Abstrakt
Strict Bayesians emphasize the importance of the evaluation of truth value bearing hypotheses with respect to subjective or credal probability for both practical deliberation and scientific inquiry. According to strict Bayesians, agent X's credal state BX ,t for hypotheses expressible in language L containing neither modal nor epistemic operators or predicates is representable by a function Q(h; e) from sentences in L to real numbers satisfying the following conditions.
